Stages of working

 

1. Surface preparation for floor pouring. There may not be any splits or holes on the surface; cement and sand grout is used for the clearing.
2. A controlled environment is created indoors; air temperature cannot go beyond 10°С grade to prevent spreading out of the floor.
3. Floor pouring. A noteworthy detail is that floor pouring must be done at one go and as quick as possible. In case if this is a large area space, the work is carried out in a few stages – the floor is zoned and poured by the piece the next but one.
4. There is no need to level such a surface – liquid floor becomes flat by means of surface spreading. Visible defects are cleared with the use of a special smoothing-trowel.
5. Top coat may be applied on the surface after the setting.
