Monolithic four-storeyed administration building construction in Nizhny Novgorod

The professional employees of the construction company "Triumph" have started monolithic reinforced-concrete framing of administration building construction at address: Nizhny Novgorod, Usolskaya-Str., 30 (under the terms of general contracting)

Construction volume: monolithic reinforced-concrete framing of four-storeyed administration building, concrete pouring – 600 cu.m. As of the moment of beginning of works bored and cast-in-place piles and foundation frames have been installed

We have carried out the following kinds of work:

1. site engineering

2. sand mattress installation

3. installation of thermal insulation to foundation plate (winterization by Technoplex)

4. prefabricated reinforcement cage installation

5. slushing and foundation concrete slab pouring

6. pouring of metal deck slab of basement

7. in-situ concrete slab of entry level pouring

8. pouring of reinforced concrete columns of the second floor

9. monolithic reinforced-concrete stair flights installation

10. in-situ concrete slab of the second floor pouring

11. pouring of reinforced concrete columns of the 3^rd floor;

12. reinforcing of intermediate concrete slabs of the 3^rd floor     

13. in-situ concreting is complete

14. exterior wall envelopes installation - breeze block walls

15. winterization of building face

16. finishing work is complete
